The Soldier & the Seeker, as the title suggests, is the story of the Brigadier who turned to a Seeker when life throws enormous problems on him and by taking the guidance from Lord Krishna’s ‘Gita’ which is a powerhouse and an antidote and solution to modern day problems & sufferings created by the greed, selfishness and other evils.
The writer has full grasp of Gita and the deep knowledge and understanding of all shlokas written in Sanskrit language, which he very wisely used appropriately and effectively, when he observed that in our life what seeds we sow and where they were planted matters. Those who commit sin, (Tamas guna) will bear the consequences which Divine makes a mockery of a person by giving sufferings.
Spiritual discussions between Dr. Mita and the Brigadier also is mind opening and praiseworthy efforts by the writer.
A must read novel for those looking for the knowledge about liberation, salvation or even seeking meaning of life and how it should be lived peacefully, purposefully without regrets.
Again, a skillful efforts by the writer and waiting for more of such writings in waiting.
