Shivratri Special: Shivshakti and Me

Shivratri is not just a festival; it is a spiritual awakening. It is a day to understand the harmony between Shiva and Shakti, to reflect on oneself, and to elevate one’s consciousness to a higher level.

When I gaze upon Adi Yogi Shiva’s serene form, his depth and creativity stir my soul. The Ganga flowing from his locks is not just a river but a symbol of wisdom. His blue throat, which absorbed poison, teaches us the power of self-restraint and control over speech.

Shiva and Shakti, whose presence extends from atomic energy to the infinite cosmos, guide us toward continuous creation and self-exploration. Shiva’s meditation signifies inner peace, while Shakti’s Tandav represents unstoppable effort and determination.

In today’s world, where blind faith, discrimination, and negativity prevail, following Shivshakti’s path empowers us to rise above these challenges. I, too, resolve to spread wisdom through words, restrain from harsh speech, and walk on the path of ceaseless creativity.

On this auspicious occasion of Shivratri, let us all embrace Shiva’s patience and Shakti’s courage to illuminate our lives with positivity and purpose.

May Shivshakti bless us with their divine light!

Om Namah Shivaya!
