I am thrilled to announce that my new book, “The Seed of Beej Ganit (Algebra) through Stories,” is finally in press and will be available soon!
This book is all about finding joy in stories while having fun learning the basics of algebra. Inspired by the challenges kids face with math, especially algebra, I wanted to create a resource that makes learning enjoyable and relatable.
In the book, a curious young boy named Aadit explores math through his adventures. Here’s a sneak peek at the engaging stories included:
- The Halloween Candy Collection
- Aadit Sends Candies to His Friends in India
- The Story of the Magical Forest
- Lessons from The Rotten Mangoes
- The Game of Signs
- The Birthday Cake
- Cashing of Points
- Aadit and Dadu Trick Grandma
- A Garden in the Back Yard
- Cycling on a Fine Day
These stories are designed to make learning algebra enjoyable and relatable, using simple language and minimal math jargon. The book features:
- 10 relatable stories
- A young protagonist
- Simple, jargon-free language
- Gradual, interactive learning
- Illustrations and drawings
- Engaging activities
- Child-friendly formatting: large font (size 14) with double spacing
My hope is that this book will spark an interest in algebra and help children see how math connects to their daily lives. I look forward to your feedback so I can keep improving and perhaps even tackle more complex math concepts in future books.
Happy Reading!
