On this auspicious occasion of Saraswati Puja 2024 (14th Feb 2024), I am delighted to share with you all the release of my latest creation, deeply rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Panchatantra, attributed to the venerable Acharya Vishnu Sharma.
My endeavor with this work is to ignite young minds with the essence of strategic thinking, drawing inspiration from the legendary Acharya Vishnu Sharma, who sculpted the intellect of the three princes of the Chera Kingdom through captivating kathas, fables, and verses.
Beyond a mere translation, my goal is to infuse this timeless treasure with contemporary relevance, offering insights illustrated through historical events, making it a compelling guide for navigating the intricate landscapes of power and governance.
The Panchatantra, with its five ‘tantras,’ isn’t confined to children’s tales; it unveils profound insights applicable to individuals entrusted with governance, whether in a small Panchayat or a vast nation, a humble business or a corporate giant.
In this exploration, I present the translated Sanskrit verses delicately woven into English phrases, preserving the essence of each verse. The narrative pauses to draw parallels with historical and contemporary events from geopolitics, warfare, military strategies, and the business world, making the wisdom of the Panchatantra accessible and applicable in our modern context.
